Shuckey is the corn mascot that was operated by Dan Halen to aid in turning the Mud Days Festival into Corn Times. He also used Mudsy's (a.k.a. Richard) intestines into a balloon animal and gave it to Rusty. He then plunged his rocket propelled corn hands into Richard's abdomen, which then exploded into popcorn fireworks. After attempting to distract the characters by introducing the Charlie Daniels Band, he dies from a head wound inflicted by a blast from Early's shotgun.
He is the Father of Time and Master of the Universe. And tastes good with butter.
